DigitalWarming aims to establish a connection between global warming and the increasing heat generated by computers due to extended screen time and data usage. Its purpose is to help individuals comprehend the impact of their computer/CPU's temperature on the environment by providing a visual representation.

One of the main objectives of DigitalWarming is to enhance awareness about the detrimental environmental effects of the digital lifestyle. It accomplishes this by visually representing the user's internet usage time and the carbon emissions resulting from specific online activities, such as watching Netflix videos or sending emails. DigitalWarming also alerts users about excessive digital consumption by identifying anomalies in their digital habits and encourages them to take breaks, promoting reflection on their digital footprint statistics. By creating engaging and interactive visualizations of digital habits, DigitalWarming aims to inspire users to adopt a more sustainable digital lifestyle.

→ To complement this project, a thermochromic sticker is introduced for use on various electronic devices. This sticker changes color from black to red as the device heats up, serving as a visual cue for users to pause and minimize their carbon footprint.
